Elizabeth House is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. In 2009, Elizabeth House was awarded 3 star excellent status by the Care Quality Commission. Elizabeth House was built in 1983. It was fully refurbished in 2003.
Elizabeth House enables older people to continue living as independently as possible by receiving care and support consistent with their capabilities.
Elizabeth House has dining facilities, specialist bathrooms, well maintained gardens, lifts, plenty of activities, hairdressing and chiropody facilities.
Elizabeth House welcomes applications from people from all walks of life and with many different needs.
Elizabeth House can accommodate residents suffering from varying forms of dementia.
Elizabeth House promotes the key principles of independence, rights, dignity, respect and choice.
Elizabeth House encourages residents to continue any activities important to them by seeking to understand their individual needs and preferences.
Elizabeth House has 51 rooms, all with ensuite facilities. All have been fully refurbished to the highest standards.
Elizabeth House has a very highly experienced and qualified team of care staff. The Association concentrates on keeping staff fully trained and up to date on best practice to ensure the highest possible level of service to residents.
Elizabeth House cannot accept applications from individuals who have been assessed as needing nursing care.
