Greenfields, Cuffley

Situated in the village of Cuffley, Greenfields is close to the village centre and adjacent to the greenbelt which surrounds the village. Pleasant views of the open countryside are never far away. The scheme has 14 one bedroom bungalows, 22 two bedroom flats, as well as 3 studio flats. Because of its rural location and the original justification for its development, we are only able to consider applicants who live within Cuffley or Northaw.

Greenfields has a Scheme Manager whose primary role is to ensure that all the residents receive the help and support they might need to live independently.

Each flat and bungalow has:

• its own front door, so privacy and independence are maintained
• a modern kitchen and bathroom (many of which have a walk in shower)
• energy efficient central heating and double glazing
• a call system which links you to an immediate response (24/7)

In terms of communal facilities that you would be able to use and enjoy, it has:

• stairlifts to the first floor flats
• a communal lounge and conservatory which is frequently used for social events organised by the residents themselves
• a laundry
