Welcome

Since our formation in 1961, our primary purpose has been to provide excellent accommodation at affordable prices. We also take great pride in the quality of our housing management and the quality of care offered within our Care Home.

We provide sheltered housing, as well as affordable housing in Welwyn Garden City, Welwyn, Hatfield, Cuffley and Stevenage. We also own and manage a residential care home, Elizabeth House Care Home, which has been awarded a 3 star ‘excellent’ rating following a recent Review of Compliance by the Care Quality Commission.

Our range of services has expanded over the years to include management support services for external organisations such as Alice Coralie Glyn Homes and Perrywood.
