This trenchcoat has all the traditional elements of the double-breasted style such as the belt in fabric lined with grosgrain, the gun flap, and the raw edges. The pattern of this garment takes two symbols of Japanese Hokkaido culture: cranes and Kuroyuris, i.e. a bird and a flower, in jacquard plumetis on a background of the custom-made tartan
